01 / The business

San Antonio projects.
A brand to build on.

Liberty Fence & Stain serves homeowners and businesses throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas. Owned and operated by Leo, the company provides fence construction, installation, and staining services.
Its customers arrive with different needs. A homeowner may want privacy or a better outdoor space. A business may need a boundary, controlled access, or fencing suited to its property. Both need to understand the contractor’s capabilities before requesting an estimate.
Cresora Web Design brought those needs together in a new brand presentation and website, giving Liberty a central destination for referrals, search visitors, and future marketing.

02 / The challenge

Start with the business.
Build the experience around it.

More than a new website

Leo came to Cresora without an established brand or website design. The engagement needed to create a clear introduction, an organized explanation of the work, and a practical way for interested visitors to contact the business.
The challenge was to make a range of construction services easy to understand. Visitors needed to recognize a relevant capability, explore their options, and begin an estimate conversation.
This was a from-scratch engagement. Organizing the digital presence meant shaping the new brand and website, rather than replacing an existing site.

The design priorities

  • Establish a professional local brand presence.
  • Explain residential and commercial capabilities.
  • Give each major service a clear place on the site.
  • Connect service information with estimate requests.
  • Offer both quick and detailed inquiry options.
  • Provide a foundation for future marketing and lead tracking.
03 / The website foundation

Show the work.
Make the next step clear.

A recognizable business presentation, focused service pages, and consistent estimate calls to action give visitors a straightforward way to explore Liberty.
01 · Establish

Give the business a digital home

The brand presentation starts with what Liberty builds, who it serves, and why a property owner would contact the team. Referrals, search visitors, and future campaigns can all lead to the same service information and inquiry pathways.
02 · Organize

Let the project lead the way

Dedicated pages for privacy fencing, fence staining, and iron fencing help visitors begin with their own needs. Cedar fencing, wood care, and different fencing materials become distinct entry points into the business.
03 · Expand

Show the full capability

Handrails, decks, pergolas, and patios broaden the picture of Liberty’s outdoor construction work. Related services help property owners recognize a wider project opportunity while fencing remains the core identity.
04 · Reassure

Answer practical questions

Customer feedback sits alongside service and estimate information. FAQs address pricing, removal of existing fencing, and installation timing, helping visitors prepare for a conversation with the team.
05 · Connect

Keep contact within reach

Free-estimate calls to action, a short homepage inquiry form, and a telephone option offer different ways to make first contact. Visitors can choose the route that matches their readiness and preference.
06 · Prepare

Create focused marketing destinations

Service-specific pages can give future campaigns more relevant landing destinations. A staining campaign can lead to staining information, while a fencing campaign can point to the appropriate material or project type.
04 / Designed for project inquiries

A quick introduction.
Or a more detailed project brief.

Different customers are ready to share different amounts of information. Liberty’s inquiry pathways accommodate both.
Quick inquiry

Start the conversation

The homepage form collects contact information, project location, project type, and how the visitor heard about Liberty. It gives someone with a general need a simple way to raise a hand.
A telephone option serves visitors who prefer to speak directly with the business.
Detailed estimate request

Bring the project into focus

The estimate questionnaire asks for location, project type, approximate dimensions, special requests, and a preferred meeting time. Optional pictures or diagrams and service-specific choices provide more context.
These details can help Liberty prepare for follow-up. The form is an estimate request, not an instant price calculator or a confirmed appointment booking.

06 / Outcome & business value

A foundation.
Built to last.

A new brand and website presence designed around the conversations that lead to new projects.

A clearer business.
A practical path to inquiries.

Liberty now has a digital destination that explains its residential and commercial capabilities, gives major services their own pages, and connects interested visitors with the business.
  • Brand foundation: a consistent introduction to the company.
  • Service clarity: focused fencing and outdoor construction information.
  • Initial contact: a short form and telephone option.
  • Project intake: a detailed estimate questionnaire with optional uploads.
  • Marketing readiness: service pages for future campaigns and tracking.
These outcomes describe the delivered foundation and its business purpose. No lead counts, conversion rates, revenue increases, or search-ranking improvements were supplied. Specific logo deliverables and a formal brand guide were not itemized.
07 / The next stage

Follow the opportunity.
Not just the visit.

Future reporting can connect website attention with relevant inquiries, estimates, and accepted projects. That gives Liberty a more useful view of the website’s business contribution.
