EXPANSION
New SimCenter gaming environment
02 / The challenge

More than a product list.
A reason to choose a specialist.

Bring the capabilities into focus

A specialist gaming business needs to communicate the appeal of high-performance hardware and the expertise behind the recommendation, build, or support service. XGamerPC’s digital presence needed to bring those qualities into a coherent brand story.
The SimCenter expansion adds a physical gaming experience alongside the established systems and hardware business. The website’s narrative needs room for that growth while keeping the core PC offering clear.

The design priorities

  • Showcase more than 20 years of specialist experience.
  • Make performance, customization, and expertise the central themes.
  • Distinguish systems, upgrades, components, and support.
  • Welcome enthusiasts and less technical buyers.
  • Connect the local storefront with broader customer reach.
  • Create a clear narrative for the SimCenter expansion.
03 / The brand experience

Performance with purpose.
Expertise with a human side.

The digital story connects the hardware customers want with the guidance that helps them make informed decisions.
01 · Performance

Start with the gaming goal

The positioning emphasizes capable systems and knowledgeable guidance. It gives customers a way to think about what they want their setup to do, without relying on unsupported frame-rate claims or benchmark comparisons.
02 · Customization

Make room for individual needs

Custom systems and upgrades support two conversations: building something new and improving an existing PC. Visitors should understand that they can discuss their priorities even when they do not know every component they need.
03 · Expertise

Put the specialist alongside the product

Technical support brings a service dimension to the brand. A customer can discuss an existing machine, a planned upgrade, or the balance between priorities and budget. No specific warranties, response times, or certifications were supplied.
04 · Organization

Give a broad offering a clear context

Complete systems, individual parts, and accessories serve different buying intentions. Distinguishing those needs helps explain a specialist offering without overwhelming less technical visitors.
05 · Product breadth

Think beyond the PC itself

Indexed catalog evidence includes gaming mice, an extended RGB mouse pad, and gaming chairs, with examples such as CORSAIR peripherals and the Logitech G502 HERO. These are catalog examples, not confirmation of current stock or pricing.
06 · Connection

Keep the relationship going

Future upgrades, accessories, and support needs give customers reasons to stay connected. The San Antonio storefront anchors the local identity while the brief describes customer reach beyond the immediate area.
04 / The next chapter
Expansion in progress

Meet the next dimension:
SimCenter.

Roger is expanding XGamerPC’s storefront with a new SimCenter gaming environment, according to the project brief. It introduces an in-person experience alongside the established hardware and custom systems business.
The expansion creates an opportunity to connect online discovery with a physical place to engage with the brand. Future content can explain what visitors can experience and how participation works as the operating plan is confirmed.
A growth story, clearly framed

Room for what comes next.

An indexed Alpha Ultimate Base & GT NEO wheel-and-base bundle provides evidence of simulation-related hardware in the catalog history. It does not identify the equipment that will be installed in SimCenter.
An opening date, pricing, station count, supported games, events program, and booking workflow were not supplied. The case study presents the expansion as in progress, not as a launched or reservable service.
These potential features are not presented as completed Cresora deliverables.
